The Greater Middle Country Chamber of Commerce
(formerly the Centereach Chamber of Commerce)
The chamber was revived in September 2002, when members of the Centereach business community were approached by the Centereach Civic Association to explore the possibility of re-forming a chamber of commerce.
Through the group efforts of several business men and women, the chamber has become a viable entity and a resource for the Centereach, Selden, Lake Grove and surrounding communities.
In Spring 2005, the board decided to change the name to The Greater Middle Country Chamber of Commerce, to better reflect our rapidly growing membership throughout the Middle Country corridor.
